Closing Agent remotely

By default, monitor software is started, when a system is run on a user’s computer and it closes when Windows is shut down. Analogically, these operations take place each time a user is logging in. It is possible however, that Agent is closed remotely by uplook.

To close monitor software, a connection with Agent has to be established. Then, from the main menu select Agent Close... An alert box will be displayed on the screen. After you confirm the request of closing, and Agent closes, the icon will be displayed next to a shut user on the network list on the Network tab. .

Note: When you close Agent, it is impossible to monitor a user’s computer until this computer is started or a user logs into the system.
