Menu

 

Main Toolbar

Opens information panel for a selected user.
Closes open information panel.
Saves an active document into a selected file. It is used on the Screen and Navigation panel audit tabs.
Prints an active document. It is used on the Navigation panel audit tabs.
Establishes connection with Agent.
Disconnects Agent.
Opens a dialog window for importing software audits.
Opens a dialog window for processing files for audit.
Opens a dialogue box of a summary audit report.
Establishes a connection with the Internet and updates an application patterns database.
pens a dialogue box of application patterns wizard.
Opens a dialogue box of application names aliases.
Closes uplook.

 

Browser Toolbar

Goes back to the previous page.
Goes to the next page.
Stops opening of current page.
Refreshes current page.
Opens home page.

 

Hardware Toolbar

Retrieves (refreshes) current hardware configuration.
Opens dialog window for viewing "raw" WMI data.
Enables autorefresh mode.

 

Audit Toolbar

Sends to Agent command to begin software auditing.
Deletes selected audit results.
Deletes results of all software audits for the selected user (computer).
Hides company list.
Hides list of extra fields for audit.
Opens dialog window for components of application read from Windows registry.

 

Screen Toolbar

Refreshes screenshot of user's screen.
Deltes the screenshot.
Switches between different scalling of picture. You may select either scaling the picture so it fits the window or displaying the original size of the picture.
Enables autorefreshing.

 

Processes Toolbar

Refreshes processes list.
Opens dialog window with a process properties.
Closes a process remotely.
Closes Windows remotely or restarts the operating system. You may also log out a user.
Executes application remotely or opens a document.
Enables autorefresh of processes.

 

Files Toolbar

Refreshes the list contents.
Goes one level up.
Enables list view.
Enables table (detailed) view.
Opens selected folder or enables viewing of a selected file (a web page).
Opens a file or a webpage remotely on the user's computer.
Copies (downloads) selected files from the user's computer.
Copies (uploads) files to the selected folder on the user's computer.
Deletes selected files and folders on the user's computer.

Deletes selected time range of statistics for the currently open user.
Deletes all statistics of the currently open user.
Shows logins history.
Shows history of applications (processes).
Shows history of foreground applications (processes).
Shows history of brakes in work.
Shows pie chart of activity of a computer or selected application.
Shows bar chart of activity of a computer or selected application as a function of time.
Shows pie chart of the most frequently used applications.
Shows pie chart of utilization of a computer by users.
Deletes selected sessions. Option available for logins history.
Shows only foreground applications. Option available for history of applications (processes).
Shows applications according to activity time. Option available for pie chart of the most frequently used applications.
Shows applications according to time, when they were in foreground. Option available for pie chart of the most frequently used applications.

 

weblook Toolbar

Deletes selected time range of monitoring for the currently open user.
Deletes history of all web pages for the currently open user.
Shows full history of visited web sites in table form. Displays opening time, time of activity, title and address of web sites.
Shows summary of visited web sites. Displays summarized time, title and address if web site. You may get information on the most frequently visited pages if you sort table by time.
Shows history of visited web sites as a tree of addresses. Each tree branch displays summed up time of visiting for all items on sub-branches.
Opens selected web page.
Opens remotely selected web page on the currently open user's computer.
Hides user column.
