Browsing the contents of user’s hard disks drives

You can browse the contents of a user’s hard disks drives from the Files tab by opening the Disks folder. This tool enables you to keep track of all folders and files which are created on hard disks drives of a user, browse the contents of files and copy and delete folders.

• To view the contents of a file, highlight it on the list and from the context menu select Open or click on the toolbar.
   
• You can open a file remotely on a user’s hard disk by highlighting it on the list and selecting Open Remotely from the context menu or clicking on the toolbar.
   
• You can copy (download) selected files and folders from a user’s disk. For this purpose, select Download from the context menu or click on the toolbar. When you select a folder, the process of downloading files and folder starts.
   
• To copy (send) files to a user’s hard disk first highlight a desired folder on the list. If no folder is highlighted, files are copied to a current folder (the one that is being browsed). Then, from the context menu select Send or click on the toolbar.
   
• You can also delete files/folders remotely. To do so, from the context menu select Delete or click on the toolbar..
