History of breaks in work

Work breaks history is a statistics module which can be accessed by clicking on the toolbar on the Statistics tab or selecting Statistics History of breaks in work.

Work breaks history is a chronological record of all periods, when a computer was not used. Inactivity time can be set for a computer while configuring Agent. The history is displayed as a table with columns containing the following information:

• a user’s name,
• the date and time a break started and finished,
• the time a break finished,
• total break time.

The Summary table provides a summary of all work breaks. The subsequent columns include the following information:

• a user’s name,
• total work time,
• total active time,
• total work break time,
• the rate specifying what percentage of work time was devoted to breaks.

Displayed data can be sorted by columns. To sort data, click on a column header.
