History of foreground applications

Foreground applications history is a statistics module which can be accessed by clicking on the toolbar on the Statistics tab or selecting Statistics History of foreground processes from the main menu.

Foreground applications history is a chronological record of applications, which were used as foreground ones. The history is shown as a table with columns containing the following information:

• an application (process) name,
• a name of a user who ran the application,
• the date an application was run,
• the time when application appeared in the foreground,
• the period of time an application was used as a foreground one.

Displayed data can be sorted by columns by clicking on a column header.

To facilitate the analysis, you can specify aliases for application names. To do so, right click on a selected application inside the pie chart legend and select Application Names Aliases… from the displayed context menu. A dialogue box for aliases will be displayed on the screen.

It is possible to analyse a single application. For this purpose, select a desired application from a drop-down list in the Application frame. Whereas by selecting the (System) option, you can display data for all applications.
