Page setup
To define a printout page, select File
Page Setup... from the main menu. A
dialogue box for page setup with two tabs: General
and Texts will be displayed on
the screen.
On
the General tab you can specify general printout attributes.
In the Margins [mm] frame margin settings are shown. In the Top, Bottom, Left and Right field enter millimetre values for
top, bottom, left and right margins, respectively. These fields are editable
from the keyboard or using build-in buttons.
The Distance from page edge [mm] frame contains the settings for
header and footer distances. In the Header
and Footer fields enter
millimetre values for distance of a header from the top page edge and a
distance of footer from the bottom edge.
By clicking the Print button,
you can open a dialogue box for configuring printers.
From the drop-down Paper size list an appropriate format can be
selected. The following options are available: A4 (210 x 297 mm), Legal
(216 x 356 mm),
Letter (216 x 279 mm). Printing in other formats and
in horizontal layout is not possible.
In the Preview frame a proportional zoomed out scheme of a
page which results from current settings is displayed.
The
Texts tab enables you to enter texts
for a header and footer.
The drop-down Document list includes names of document types. You
can select between Hardware information, Statistics, Software audit results and Summary
audit report.
Into the Header field you can
enter a text which will be displayed on the top of a printed page. In the Footer field enter a text, which will
appear on the bottom of a printed page. A header and footer may contain tags
(formatting characters). Possible options are available from the menu, which is
displayed after you click .

You accept the settings entered on the General and Text tabs, by
clicking the OK or Apply buttons in the page setup dialogue box. |
