statlook features overview

Beside its standard functions, uplook with the statlook module enables to monitor the performance of specific computers in a network.

1. Monitors processes (applications) which have been run on a user's computer with the possibility of closing any of them.
2. User’s screen preview enabling a cyclic refresh.
3. Runs programs and opens documents (and Web sites) remotely at a user's computer.
4. Scans the content of hard disks with the possibility of scanning, copying and deleting files.
5. Scans documents and recently used files with the possibility of copying and deleting.
6. Detailed history of visited Web sites.
7. Possibility of copying files to a selected folder at a user's hard disk drive.
8. Comprehensive set of statistics (they can be created for a single day, month, year or any time range):

• complete history of logins at a user's computer (a table),
• complete history of run applications specifying the extent to which the have been used (a table),
• history of active (foreground) applications (table),
• history of breaks in work (table),
• pie charts representing the usage of a selected computer by a user,
• pie charts representing the usage of a selected application by a user,
• bar charts representing computer activity in time,
• bar charts representing activity of any application in time,
• pie charts to show most frequently used applications,
• charts representing computer usage by individual users (if a computer is used by more than one user).
