Updates

uplook updates are published on our Web page http://www.uplook.net/update. The page includes dates of updates, version numbers, descriptions of alterations made and files for downloading.

To update the program, you should download a file compliant with a software version you hold, which is uplook, statlook or uplook for audit. The file includes updates both for the main application (Master) and for Agent. Installation involves running the downloaded program on each computer, where Master or Agents were installed.

If it is not necessary to update the main application, you can download a smaller file, which consists only of Agent’s files. It is compressed. After extracting the file you should run the setup.exe program.

The most convenient manner of updating Agent is to use a remote setup function. For this purpose, you should download the Agent update file and use it in the course of a remote setup process.
