PolicyThe following Cookies Policy defines the rules for saving and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Website for the purpose of providing services electronically by the Website Administrator.

§ 1 Definitions
Website – a website operating at https://www.statlook.com/pl/pl/

External Website – the website of the Controller’s partners, service providers or service recipients

Administrator – AplusC Systems, operating at the address: AplusC Systems, with a tax identification number (NIP): , providing services electronically via the Website and storing and accessing information on the User’s devices

User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically through the Website.

Device – an electronic device with software through which the User gains access to the Website

Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device

§ 2 Types of cookies
Internal Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device via the Website’s ICT system

External Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the ICT systems of External Websites

Session Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External Services during one session of a given Device. When the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.

Persistent Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External Websites until they are manually deleted. Files are not automatically deleted after the end of the Device session, unless the configuration of the User’s Device is set to delete Cookies after the end of the Device session.

§ 3 Security
Storage and reading mechanisms – Cookies do not allow you to download any personal data or any confidential information from your Device. It is practically impossible to transfer viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the User’s Device.

Internal Cookies – internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the Users’ Devices

External Cookies – the Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookies from the Website’s partners. The list of partners is provided in the following section of the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 Purposes for which cookies
are usedImprovement and facilitation of access to the Website – the Administrator may store information about the user’s preferences and settings regarding the Website in Cookies in order to streamline, improve and accelerate the provision of services within the Website.

Marketing and advertising – the Administrator and External Websites use Cookies for marketing purposes and serving advertisements to Users.

Statistical data – the Administrator and External Websites use Cookies to collect and process statistical data, such as visit statistics, statistics of Users’ Devices or statistics of user behavior. This data is collected for the purpose of analyzing and improving the Website.

Serving multimedia services – the Administrator and External Websites use Cookies to serve multimedia services to Users.

Social services – the Administrator and External Websites use Cookies to support social services

§ 6 Possibilities of determining the conditions of storage and access on the User’s Devices by the Website and External
ServicesThe User may, at any time, independently change the settings regarding the saving, deletion and access to data of stored Cookies

§ 7 Service Requirements
Restricting the storage and access to Cookies on the User’s Device may result in the incorrect operation of some functions of the Website.

The Administrator does not bear any responsibility for malfunctioning functions of the Website in the event that the User limits the possibility of saving and reading Cookies in any way.

§ 8 Changes to the Cookie
PolicyThe Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Cookie Policy without the need to inform users about it.

Changes to the Cookie Policy will always be posted on this page.
