International Sales Manager

Job description:

The International Marketing Manager is responsible for serving as the primary marketing contact for the international network of Distributors, managing the communication and the coordination of various ongoing activities and key initiatives. The Managers role is to Initiate and support building strong partnerships with Distributors so that they fully understand and embrace the potential of A plus C Systems B2B software.

In this role, you will lead the development and support the execution of annual marketing plans of International Distributors, selling the B2B software developed by plus C Systems company.

The position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Research and other internal departments to maximize program execution and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Create a network of International Distributors in order to sell software developed by A plus C Systems (main focus – the USA)
  2. Build strong relationships with the Distributors
  3. Develop local marketing plans to meet A plus C Systems business goals
  4. Coordinate/lead marketing presentations and meetings for the International Distributors

Critical Skills:

  • Strong project management abilities
  • Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Proven analytical, problem solving and strategic planning ability
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications


  • Experience with international marketing/sales
  • Experience with B2B software marketing/sales
  • A personal interest in IT
